In the aftermath of the
Boracay in Philippines which will be closed, it’s now
decided that the following rules would apply to the affected passengers who
request flight change or refund.
I.
Eligibility
Passengers
who hold Air China “999” tickets (including
Non-Refundable/ Non-Rerouteable/ Non-Endorsable tickets and tickets exchanged
for with PhoenixMiles kilometers) purchased before 24:00 on April 5, 2018
(included) for travel between 00:00 on April 21, 2018 (included) and 24:00 on
October 31, 2018 (not included) and with confirmed reservations on Air
China-operated Manila(MNL) routes.
The passenger
should provide such documents as proof of payment made for and the original
copy/photocopy/scanned copy reflecting the Boracay, Philippines-related
subsequent hotel stay, air ticket or transportation for the period between
April 26,2018 and October 26,2018.
II. Flight
change
Passengers
who request flight change for the first time can, within the validity period of
the ticket, be changed to the same subclass on a flight that departs before
November 15, 2018 (included), with no flight change handling fee charged, but
such a change will be subject to sub-class price differences and seasonal price
differences.
Passengers who request flight change again or request change to a flight that
departs after 00:00 on November 16, 2018 (included) are subject to the
conditions of use of ticket.
III. Refund
Passengers
can also, within the validity period of the ticket, request a refund on ticket,
with no refund handling fee charged.
