Note:

1. Reservation deadline:
(1) Reservations for airport drop-off services must be made at least 8 hours before the flight departure time (local time).
(2) Reservations for pick-up services must be made at least eight hours before the scheduled flight arrival time (local time).
2. The VIP transfer service is only provided for travel between the airport terminal and the designated pick-up/drop-off location in the city.
3. Transfers are also available for Platinum members who (i) Travel in first or business class (F/A/J/C/D/Z) on Air China-operated Europe, Americas, Oceania, and Africa routes; (ii) travel on codeshare flights; (iii) travel on a ticket that does not start with "999".
4. If the passenger's ticket number starts with "086" and is for first or business class (J/C/D/Z/R) travel on an Air China-operated flight between Beijing and Auckland, such as flights coded *NZ3888, *NZ3889, CA783, or CA784, the passenger may call 95583-1-2-3-3 to reserve a transfer service for Beijing airport.
5. If transfer services are available at both the origin and destination airports, passengers may book either a pick-up or a drop-off service, but not both.
Example 1: The passenger is a Gold member and travels in F Class from Chengdu to Beijing. They may book a transfer to Chengdu airport or a transfer from Beijing airport, but not both.
Example 2: A Gold Card member buys a first class return flight from Chengdu to Beijing. For the Chengdu to Beijing segment, they may choose either a drop-off service at Chengdu airport, or a pick-up service from Beijing airport, but not both; for the Beijing to Chengdu segment, they may choose either a drop-off service at Beijing airport, or a pick-up service at Chengdu airport, but not both. They may not simultaneously reserve drop-off in Chengdu and pick-up in Beijing for the Chengdu to Beijing segment, or drop-off in Beijing and pick-up in Chengdu for the Beijing to Chengdu segment.
6. Passengers transferring between Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Shanghai Pudong International Airport on an international connecting flight may book a VIP transfer if the transfer time is at least four hours and they have an eligible ticket.
Example: A passenger buys a flight from Paris to Shanghai Pudong International Airport, with a connecting flight from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport to Chengdu. The customer paid an R class fare for both segments. Because the customer has a five-hour transfer time in Shanghai and they booked an R class fare for the Paris to Shanghai segment, they are eligible to use the VIP chauffeured transfer service between Shanghai Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, and can make a reservation. If the customer’s transfer time was only three hours, they would not have been eligible to use this service.
7. Transfer services in transit cities:
(1) If you have a connecting flight and transfer services are available in the transit city, you may book a pick-up or drop-off service if your transit time is at least six hours and the corresponding flight segment is eligible for a transfer.
Example: You are a Silver member and travel in First Class from Frankfurt to Beijing with a connecting F class flight from Beijing to Shanghai. Beijing is the transit city and the transit time is over six hours. For the Frankfurt–Beijing segment, you may book a transfer from Beijing airport. However, for the Beijing–Shanghai segment, you must travel First class and be a Gold member in order to be eligible for a transfer. As you are not a Gold member, you are not eligible for a transfer to Beijing airport or from Shanghai airport.
(2) If your transit time is less than six hours, you may not request a pick-up or drop-off service in the transit city, even if you are travelling on an eligible flight.
8. If, when transferring between domestic and international flights, the international flight segment is eligible for a chauffeured transfer service and your transit time is less than six hours, you may request an airport pick-up or drop-off service at the final domestic airport you are travelling to or from, subject to availability.
Example: You book a D-class flight from Frankfurt to Beijing, with a connecting flight from Beijing to Shanghai. The transfer time in Beijing is five hours, and you are eligible for a transfer for the Frankfurt–Beijing segment. The Beijing–Shanghai segment is not eligible, but you may still request an airport pick-up service in Shanghai (however, you may not request a drop-off or pick-up service in Beijing).
9. Transfers are only provided to destinations specified at the time of booking. If you request a pick-up or drop-off location that was not specified in the original booking, an extra charge will be applied. You must consult the service provider, agree to their fee schedule (for which the service provider reserves the right of interpretation), and pay at the point of use.

10. Transfer services cannot be used in conjunction with the 'Transit Hotel' service.
11. Vehicle waiting limits:
Airport pick-up - 3 hour waiting time beginning from the time of actual flight arrival;
Airport drop-off - 30 minute waiting time beginning from the agreed service time;
If these times are exceeded, the service is considered to have been used and may not be requested again for the same segment on the same ticket.
12. This service is not available for passengers who are travelling with infants or young children.
13. Transfers cannot be booked online after you have checked in. If you have already checked in and wish to book a transfer, call the Air China hotline on 95583.
14. Passengers that reserve the transfer service must consider road conditions and airport processing times when arranging the departure times for pick-up and drop-off.If the passenger requests a later transfer departure time, or the transfer departure time is delayed due to the passenger, the passenger will be held responsible if they miss their flight.
15. Dates the chauffeur service may be reserved:
Drop-offs: Flights whose scheduled departure time (local time at originating airport) is between 01 January 2020 and 30 June 2021.
Pick-ups: Flights whose scheduled landing time (local time at destination airport) is between 01 January 2020 and 30 June 2021.
