» Who can apply for Air China Rewards?

Any small and medium sized businesses that do not currently have a corporate or incentive agreement with Air China can apply. The Air China Rewards team must be able to verify the existence of the company to qualify for enrollment. The company must have a minimum of five travelers. The company's primary business cannot be related to the travel industry.

» How do I apply for Air China Rewards?

Please fill out the Air China Reward enrollment form on the local Air China web site. Companies that qualify will receive an email or a phone call from an Air China representative.

» How much does it cost to participate?

The membership in Air China Rewards is free.

» Does my company have to apply every year to participate in Air China Rewards?

Renewal in the program is automatic if the company has achieved the minimum requirement of US $20,000 in eligible revenue tracked on Air China and selected Star Alliance codeshae partners flown travel during any twelve month consecutive period.

» How do I receive the fare discounts?

The fare discounts are applied at the time of the booking via the local Air China web site.

» How do company employees book Air China Rewards travel on airchina.com?

If your application is accepted, you will be notified and also receive a password and username that you will use to login into the Air China Rewards web site for online bookings. Each company will only receive one password and username.

» Who is eligible to utilize Air China Rewards Identification Code?

Employees of an enrolled company may utilize the Air China Rewards login code when traveling on company business. The code should be shared with eligible employees, and is to be used for business travel only.

» What if I forget to provide my Air China Rewards Username and Password?

You and your coporate travelers must provide your company login code at the time of ticketing. Only flown revenue from Air China and selected Star Alliance partners will contribute to your company’s performance and will be crucial in renewing the program after a twelve month period.

» On what fares can I earn the discount?

All fares purchased via the local Air China web site and traveled on Air China and selected Star Alliance codeshare partners are eligible for the fare discounts. Special fare types of any kind are excluded from the fare discounts.

» Do I have to be a PhoenixMiles member to participate in the Program?

No. But we highly recommend that travelers become members so they may enjoy the individual benefits of the PhoenixMiles programs.
